If you are looking for Saturday Night Live sketch transcripts, this is the most comprehensive resource I have found with nearly 300 transcripts available and the option to request transcripts of specific sketches if one is not already available on the site.
If you are looking for Saturday Night Live videos on DVD or VHS, you can find them at many online retailers like Amazon.com. The link above takes you to the Saturday Night Live section of the NBC store. This is a good place to start as, being the NBC store, it likely lists all of the titles that are available. All SNL videos there are "Best of" type videos.
Most people who come to me looking for an SNL video are looking for a complete episode. Your best bet in that case is to ask online at message boards, newsgroups and forums related to SNL for someone who recorded the show you're looking for who would be willing to send it or a copy of it to you. I have had a lot of success getting shows on tape using this approach.
If you're looking for a video of a specific segment of an SNL episode, you may be able to find it on the Internet somewhere. This is especially true if the segment is really popular or controversial. Start with a search engine like Google or Yahoo. When entering search terms, in addition to "video" try to include words that describe the segment as best you can.
